Age: Not given – She's a high school student but also an alien so... about 16 ~human years~
Fandom: A Lifeform in Puberty Vega – A oneshot turned serialized manga.
Appearance: This is Vega in her human form.
Vega is a tall girl and she wears a schoolgirl outfit for most of her appearances, but is shown wearing tomboyish clothes, like tracksuits, when not in school. Despite being an alien she is humanoid in appearance, so nothing much will change in Santa Destroy. Her arm marking will remain, as will the gem. However they will cease to function as sources of power.
She has a giant alien form which is triple the size of a tall adult and jet black. Not that she'll be using that here.
History: Vega's family came to Earth before the story started. On her dad's space convoy there were a lot of space monsters. Vega was entrusted with the job of eliminating them with her super powers (super strength, the Vega Beam, flight, transforming into a giant alien. That sort of thing) until one day she went and lost all of her powers. Woops.
The powers came from a shining stone on her arm that has been there since her birth. When she lost her powers the stone stopped shining and only gave off light when her senpai was around her. Her dad said she would have to kiss the person that the stone was active around in order to claim her powers.
It is revealed that she fell in love with her senpai when, one day after fighting an alien, she came into school covered in blood. The only student who didn't avoid her was Arisa – she gave her a towel to mop up the blood.
To get her powers back she not only has to kiss the person in question but have her feelings answered as well. The more affection she is shown the stronger she gets and the more powers she gains back.
Eventually though her power boosts start wearing off and she has to get more and more kisses in order to power up. In the end up she is kissed by a mysterious second woman which gives her all of her powers back for the time being. Unfortunately Arisa sees this and proceeds to dump her when they had only just gotten together. Woops.
Canon Point: C-Chapter 2. It's the latest chapter.
Personality: Vega is pretty damn awkward in social situations, since she doesn't follow human conventions. Why should she? She's an alien. It doesn't help that she is pretty deadpan about most things. She hardly blinks when she falls out of the sky mid flight and she doesn't care when she gets flung a few miles and into a tree by an alien invader and she doesn't even change her expression when she's running away from her crush's attacks.
It is specifically said that she doesn't do things the normal way; instead of confessing her feelings like a ~normal~ person she immediately says she is “hopelessly in love” and later that she is happy to have an excuse to always be around Arisa. She even calls these things just “a little embarrassing.”
She is very forward when it comes to affection; sometimes this borders on perversion but other times it's just her straight forward nature. An example of her straight forward side would be asking Arisa “Please kiss me” the very moment they meet each other on seemingly every school-day. She also attempts to trick her senpai into kissing her by pouring cream on her mouth and asking Arisa to “have a taste.”
Vega is sometimes described as acting like a “drunk, dirty old man” and this is pretty obvious when Arisa is drying her violently with a towel. Vega says it's “fine by her” if she hurts her doing it because she likes being treated “like a dog.”
She then continues on to describe the kiss she shared with Arisa, emphasising words like hot and passionate. This causes Arisa to hit her with a baking tray, to which Vega simply calls her sensei and asks why she is being spanked. Yeah.
Then she follows Arisa around kissing her a whole bunch of times to charge up her apparently ever draining powers. When Vega is told that Arisa will be graduating in summer and that she would have to chase after Arisa even if she moves away or gets a job she simply responds by saying she would view that as lucky since it would mean they were always connected to each other. Interestingly enough, she does say that if Arisa says she isn't okay with it then she wont chase after her.
She is willing to ignore other people when she can spend time with Arisa – as seen when she joins the cooking club immediately after falling in love. The third member of the cooking club and Arisa, the president, mention that Vega has not ever cooked, they even get surprised when she takes the bowl of cream to try tricking her senpai, assuming that she's finally going to cook. It might also be worth noting that Vega clearly doesn't care about cooking and hardly tries to hide it; she sits on the counters while the other two work and even calls the third member “that thing.”
Vega doesn't complain about having to fight aliens that her father brought to Earth; even though it wasn't her fault. She takes this job very seriously as she drops whatever wacky act she has going on at the time in order to fight the alien of the week. She even goes all out against them when all that remains is her super strength. She even cares more about people outside being in danger during a fight in which it seems she could lose her own life.
Game Specific
Suitability: She is an alien from outer space who fights giant monsters using her strength and lazer beams. She's good to go.
As for becoming human? Vega lived as a human anyway; the only difference now is that she doesn't have her powers. She'll probably be a little shocked but mostly just deadpan and lineface whenever anything non!alien happens to her.
Weapon: A single skin tight glove for her left hand. It has the same design as her gem marking on it so that it matches. It grants her two of her powers form back home; super strength and
the Vega Beam. The glove itself is damage resistant, but wont block damage or pain completely.
The weapon, however, only grants her access to the Vega Beam depending on how much affection she has been shown by somebody, and until she finds someone she wants affection from the Vega Beam is off limits.
The super strength on the other hand is on as long as she has the glove on; but it can't be turned off and takes a considerable toll on her stamina. If she has the glove on for one hour it'll feel like she has been exercising for that hour, with no benefits, only fatigue.
Upgrades would add to the emotions that powered the glove and the strength of it's effects. An expensive upgrade would reduce how tired it makes her by half.

Vega sipped on her milkshake slowly, making plenty of loud slurping noises as she did so. Some of the maids gave her a quizzical look, others shook their heads and went back to their jobs. She had been coming there for almost a week straight, they said. Ordering one or two milkshakes and somehow spinning them out to last from opening time until closing.
Occasionally she would send a half hearted chat up line to the nearest maid, with little feeling and even less eye contact. Her hear wasn't in it just yet. She would just sit and stare out the door – or if it was too cold to open the door, the window.
What was she waiting for? Aliens. Or at least that's what she had told the maids;
“Aliens, and the love of my life.”
Which was maybe not as weird as the fact that she herself claimed to be an alien from the year 2030AD. The manager had even asked her to empty her pockets so that she could prove she wasn't adding a little something extra to her milkshake.
Not that she had anything to tip out, since she came here empty handed and spent most of her very little money on milkshakes and occasional bottles of water.
She sighed as she tipped the last of her shake down the back of her throat. She didn't have enough money for another and there was still a few hours until closing. Might as well get up and leave, she thought.
Outside in Santa Destroy's not so busy streets Vega kept her eyes focused on the sky. She still didn't know what to think of this whole assassin thing. If it was a toss up between this and alien control then she would take alien control ten times out of ten; it might have been dangerous, perhaps more dangerous than being here, but at least she had Arisa by her side. Here she had nobody and no powers. Just the weird glove she had been given.
“Man...” she yawned “I should probably look out that electronic thing I was given when I got here. I think I left it down by the beach, I guess I'll go check there. I might even get the chance to sunbathe.”
Journal Entry/First Person Sample:
[Vega decided to go with an audio message because for some reason she felt shy about asking this sort of thing. Shy and guilty. Oh well, it's not like anybody else knew her yet so it didn't matter.
